I want to serve on the board to represent their interests and to do what I can for every organization in the Trust."
Kirk Springsted was elected to the board in 2000 and began his four-year term in January 2001. Kirk is vice president of administration for Connecticut Community Providers Association, Inc., a nonprofit association whose member organizations provide services to people with disabilities.
Prior to joining Connecticut Community Providers in 1987, Kirk served for 12 years as a social worker and an administrator for nonprofit agencies that provide services to people with disabilities.
