Russ Hayward

Russ Hayward is executive director of the YMCA of San Joaquin County in Stockton, California. Prior to this position, Russ worked for 18 years in the United Way system, most recently as senior vice president at United Way of the Bay Area. He also held positions at the United Way of San Joaquin County and United Way Sacramento Area and was executive director of the Napa-Solano United Way.
Russ also served as executive director of American Humanics in Northern California. Before that, he worked for twelve years at the Berkeley-Albany YMCA as director of program services.
