Tara Malone is the Director of HR Services for the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF) located in Edison, New Jersey. MTF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality tissue, services and devices to meet the needs of donors, their families, recipients and the surgical community. In her role at MTF, Tara is responsible for managing the areas of Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and Health & Safety. She is also a member of the MTF 401(k) Investment Committee.

Prior to joining MTF in 2003, Tara had extensive private sector management experience. For seven years she served as a Benefit Consultant for Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Hewitt Associates.
