How to enroll

Learn about the enrollment process and take the first step by requesting a free cost comparison of your current tax costs vs. the Trust.

Enrolling in the Trust is a simple process, and we’ll lead you through it. If you haven’t yet determined whether the Trust could benefit your organization, take the self-assessment survey.

If you already feel the trust could benefit your organization, then take the first step toward enrolling, and get a free cost comparison of your current unemployment tax cost vs. the Trust. A Trust administrator will contact you with an impartial analysis.

If the evaluation makes good financial sense for you, then simply fill out the enrollment paperwork that will be sent to you. The Trust handles all the paperwork with your state and will then bill you quarterly for your reserve account, claims, and program cost payments. A program manual is sent to everyone who is involved in the process, which contains names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of trust contacts for a variety of needs.

To receive your free cost comparison, please complete the evaluation form below. Note that this evaluation requires your organization’s past payroll and tax information. Fax or mail the completed form and related documents to 501(c) Agencies Trust:
