Dedicated claims management team
March 2003Earlier this year, we transitioned to our new dedicated claims management team, headed by Paul A. Fountain, formerly Northwest Regional Director for GatesMcDonald. With his new position as Director of National Trust Programs, Paul is committed full time to our members, providing the highest level of customer support and service. He has recruited and trained a team dedicated to managing the unemployment activity for the members of the Joint Agencies' Trust.
With 25 years of experience in the unemployment field representing nonprofit employers, Paul is expert in unemployment matters and is available to all members, quickly answering questions and assisting with difficult or complex cases. Whether you call Paul or one of his team, you will deal with someone who is familiar with nonprofits and their needs and works exclusively with our members. The dedicated team controls all claims through the administrative process, audits benefit charges and provides claims activity reports. Service offices across the country support the team, providing local knowledge and hearings representation.
Now we have more exciting news to announce. The unemployment division of GatesMcDonald has been combined with the Frick Company under the ownership of TALX Corporation, with the new name of TALX UC eXpressSM. TALX has a reputation for excellence in customer service and is the industry leader in technology-based HR services.
There will be no changes in the way we manage your unemployment. The same dedicated team will be there, with the same high level of quality and customer service. And by combining "best practices" of both companies, the new company will be able to move more quickly in providing quick, easy access to information using state-of-the art technology.
