January 2004When accessing the web reports the user name and the password all need to be lower case. If an upper case letter is used it will not work.
- It is possible that some months might be missing a report on the Status of Unemployment Claims because reports are only generated if there is activity.
- Unemployment Charge Detail will reflect the charges that the State paid out during the period to former employees and is the amount the Trust has paid "reimbursed" the state from the members reserve account. If no charges were paid then there would not be a report for that period of time.
- Currently when you access the client login / webManager there will be
three boxes. The Trust is currently using the first and third boxes.
- Unemployment Reports – also called webReports
- Individual Claim Search – also called PinnOnline
- The middle box – Employee Separations – also called webSeps is not currently being utilized by the Trust.
- Requests for webReports are being handled in about a 10 day turnaround. If you have requested a password and have waited longer than 10 days please request a follow-up by emailing pfountain@talx.com.
