What is TALX Learning Solutions (TLS)?

TLS is an interactive, internet-based training program that will help you control your unemployment costs. This training can be taken by supervisors and managers individually on their own schedule and can even be stopped and resumed at any time by the participant – it does not have to be taken all at one sitting. It uses the latest interactive training techniques and includes reviews and tests to ensure that the content is thoroughly absorbed.

Why do I need TLS?

This training program offers you convenience, access and cost-effective training for your managers on the topics of documentation, effective management of employee performance, effective responses to claims and effective presentations at unemployment hearings. It has been proven that having good documentation is one of the best ways to win unemployment claims cases.

What do I need to get started?

  • Participants need a computer with internet access and speakers or earphones. The training can even be completed on your home computer.
  • You will also need a password to access the training.
