Felicia joined Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) in February 2023, where she leads the organization’s Human Resources Division for the national office, where advancing the mission of the Clubs, youth, and our communities is vital to BGCA’s core values. Felicia has over 30 years of HR experience. Her prior roles include Chief People and Inclusion Officer at Bright Horizons, Vice President of Human Resources at Dollar Tree, Inc., and Vice President of Total Rewards at Belk. She has also led various departments and strategies, focusing on Total Rewards and HR Transformation at The Coca-Cola Company. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Agnes Scott College in Georgia. In 2019, she completed her certification in Strategic HR Leadership from Cornell University.

Felicia has been married to her best friend, Fredrick, for over 35 years. Together, they have three amazing adult children, a bonus daughter married to her eldest son, and a beautiful grandson. She enjoys yoga, Pilates, and reading. In her spare time, she also loves to sing and write songs.
