Kim Turner serves as President and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of West Alabama, where she leads efforts to create safe, supportive environments that help young people achieve academic success, build strong character, and reach their full potential. With a background in youth development and nonprofit leadership, Turner focuses on program excellence, community partnerships, and expanding access to services across the region.
