With over two decades of strategic financial leadership, Tonia Campbell exemplifies excellence and transformational impact in the healthcare sector. As Vice President of Finance at HealthPoint and former Chief Financial Officer at Community Health Care, she has consistently advanced innovation and equity, guided by her philosophy: “It’s not who you are that holds you back. It’s who you think you are not.”

Tonia’s expertise spans executive and consulting roles, where she has developed forward-looking financial strategies for nonprofits, including healthcare, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and housing organizations, to strengthen fiscal sustainability and growth, to build sustainable, mission-driven financial models.

She serves as Board Chair of the Washington State Board of Accountancy and contributes actively to the Washington Society of CPAs (WSCPA). Passionate about equity and mentorship, Tonia supports financial aid scholarships, mentors foster youth, and advocates for improved healthcare access in underserved communities.
